CES 2019: Alienware’s Area-51m laptop is its boldest in years

Spread the love

Dell claims that the new Area-51m laptop is now “the world’s most powerful gaming laptop.” Taking the Area-51 branding that had previously been reserved for desktops, it boasts a ninth-gen Intel CPI, modular 20-series overclockable Nvidia GPUs. It’s large, coming in at 17-inches and 8.5 pounds, but it has a series of hex-shaped vents to assist with cooling the desktop parts in a laptop frame.

Ooooohhh 😩😩😩😩 so close, The alien head on the keyboard is kind of a turn off! I still prefer the Razer Blade Pro w/ it's RAID 0 m2 SSD's & right handed track pad 👌

Still thick and ugly, Alienware get with the times, even Razer has copied Dell's XPS design, you should too.
Those alienware hinges with giant butts on the back make me cringe.
Edit: Even my Razer Blade 14 looks cleaner, and it's from 2016.
