Princeton University atmospheric scientist Martin Jucker created a freely available software package that models the curvature and spatial dimensions of Earth’s atmosphere to render atmospheric data into three-dimensional images and films. A video Jucker, an associate research scholar in the Program in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences, made for an open-access conference demonstrates several animated 3-D data visualizations created using his software package.
